PREAMBLE
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Website Terms of Use carefully before using nordmar.uk or placing an order. You can print or save a copy of these terms for your records using the print function in your browser (or by clicking the print link, where available).
1. SELLER'S IDENTIFICATION, SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those of:

The purchase of any products offered on www.nordmar.uk (the "Website") is governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms"). For the purposes of these Terms, "Website" includes nordmar.uk and associated domains operated by the Seller, including thecashmere.co.uk. These domains are owned and operated by LLC NORDMAR CHARTERING LTD and form part of the same online retail operation.
Our products are offered for sale to consumers for personal use only. We do not sell to resellers, wholesalers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as an end consumer and that you will not, directly or indirectly, purchase or resell products from the Website and/or by telephone for commercial purposes.
We may amend or update these Terms from time to time. The version of the Terms in force at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase. The Terms are available on the Website under "Legal - General Terms and Conditions of Sale". These Terms, together with your order confirmation and any other information we provide during checkout, form the entire agreement between you and LLC NORDMAR CHARTERING, and they apply to the exclusion of any other terms (including any terms implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing), to the extent permitted by law.
For each purchase of Products, you will be requested to confirm your acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable at the date of your order. The said terms and conditions may be viewed prior to and at the moment when you are prompted to confirm that you accept them. To indicate your acceptance, you will need to check the box "I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and consent to the processing of my data, in accordance with LLC NORDMAR CHARTERING Privacy Policy". You can view the applicable version of the Privacy Policy at any time by clicking on the hyperlink labelled "Legal - Privacy".
2. ORDERING METHODS
For any questions about our products or your order, you can contact our Customer Service via the "Services - Contact us" link on the Website or by email at inquiry@nordmar.uk. Our Customer Service is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in England).
The Website allows you to purchase a selection of products sold by LLC NORDMAR CHARTERING under the Sir Yuriy Melnichuk and UBBE brands (the "Products") online for delivery within the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands). The Website does not support special or bespoke orders, including (without limitation) requests to create a product that is not part of our current range, to reproduce a discontinued item, or to modify/adapt a product. These Terms apply only to standard purchases made through the Website and/or by telephone. If you wish to enquire about a special request, please contact our Customer Service.
3. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
3.1 PRE-ORDERS
From time to time, we may offer certain Products for pre-order. A pre-order allows you to reserve a Product before its official release or dispatch date (a "Pre-order" and "Pre-ordered Product").
3.2 PERSONALISATION
Where available, we may offer personalisation options for certain Products. Personalisation means a customer may request permitted custom features (for example, selected finishes, initials or approved variations) for specific Products (a "Personalised Product"). Personalisation options, if offered, will be described on the relevant Product page.
3.3 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All Products are offered for sale subject to availability and while stocks last. Stock levels displayed on the Website are indicative and may, in rare cases, differ from physical stock due to simultaneous orders or system updates. Your order is therefore accepted only once availability is confirmed.
Title to the Products remains with LLC NORDMAR CHARTERING until we have received payment in full (see section 7). Where a Product is offered for pre-order, the estimated availability or dispatch date will be shown on the relevant Product page. If that date changes, we will notify you by email and/or through your customer account (where applicable).
If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. You may then choose either (i) to select an alternative Product (where available) or (ii) to cancel the affected order and receive a refund for the unavailable item. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a Product being out of stock or unavailable. We may change, withdraw or update the Products offered on the Website and/or by telephone at any time. To help ensure fair availability, we may limit the quantity of Products that can be purchased per customer, per order or per household.
4. ORDER PROCEDURE
4.1 ORDERING PROCESS ON THE WEBSITE
- (a) Selecting Products: You can add Products to your basket at any time by selecting "Add to cart". You may then proceed to checkout or continue shopping. You can review your basket by clicking "Cart" (or similar). Your basket will show the Product details (such as images, colour, reference/sku where applicable), quantities, unit prices and the subtotal.
- (b) Customer account / login: To place an order, click "Checkout". You may be asked to sign in to your customer account or to create one. Your login details are personal and you must keep them confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, unless it results from our fault or a security breach on our side. If you believe your account, password or login details have been compromised, please notify us as soon as possible via Customer Service.
- Account Benefits: Having an account may allow you to view order history, track deliveries, save addresses, manage email marketing, and request returns . You may request deactivation of your account at any time by contacting Customer Service.
4.2 ORDER CONFIRMATION (WEBSITE ORDERS)
- (a) Delivery details and shipping method: During checkout you will be asked to confirm shipping options and provide delivery information. At present, we deliver within the United Kingdom only (excluding the Channel Islands).
- (b) Payment and placing the order: You may use your delivery address as your billing address or enter different details. You will then choose a payment method. By clicking "Order and pay", you confirm you have reviewed the order and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full card details. In some cases (pre-orders), funds may be authorized and captured at dispatch.
- Product Appearance: While we take care to display Products accurately, colours may vary depending on screen settings; images are for illustrative purposes only.
- Contract Formation: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders on legitimate grounds (e.g., suspected fraud).
- (c) Order summary and dispatch confirmation: After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a dispatch confirmation, which may include your electronic invoice and tracking. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive these.
4.3 ORDER PROCEDURE BY PHONE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE MOMEN
4.4 INVOICES
Your invoice will be provided electronically, typically in your dispatch confirmation email. If a customer account is available, you may view and download invoices from the "Your Orders" section. If you would like a printed copy, you may request one from Customer Service within one (1) month of dispatch.
5. PRICES - ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
5.1 PRICES
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT (where applicable). We may update prices from time to time, but the price payable will be the one shown at checkout at the time of order. Payment must be made in GBP at the time of ordering. If an item is unavailable, you will only be charged for dispatched Products.
5.2 METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
- (a) Credit or debit card: We accept major cards including Visa and Mastercard. Payments may be subject to 3D Secure authentication.
- (b) PayPal: You may pay using PayPal and will be redirected to complete payment. Certain orders (pre-orders/personalized) may not be eligible for PayPal.
- (c) Apple Pay: Available on compatible devices.
- (d) Store credit: We do not currently offer store credit.
6. TITLE RETENTION
Title to the Products remains with LLC NORDMAR CHARTERING until we have received payment in full. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
7. SHIPPING METHODS
7.1 DELIVERY AREA AND DELIVERY ADDRESS
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only (excluding the Channel Islands). We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, DX addresses, or general delivery/collection addresses. We may refuse deliveries to parcel-forwarding services.
7.2 DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges and options will be displayed at checkout.
7.3 DELIVERY TIME
Estimated times are provided at checkout. For pre-ordered items, dispatch times run from the date the Product becomes available. Personalized items may require additional handling time.
7.4 COLLECTION
In-store collection is not currently available.
8. DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Please inspect your parcel upon delivery; if the packaging appears damaged, record this with the courier and contact Customer Service. If Products are faulty or do not match your order, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
9.1 RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY PERIOD)
You have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the Products, without giving any reason.
9.2 HOW TO CANCEL (HOW TO NOTIFY US)
You must notify us clearly via the "Contact us" page or email at inquiry@nordmar.uk . You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of these Terms.
9.3 RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Your right to cancel does not apply to personalised or made-to-order Products. For other Products, if you handle them beyond what is necessary to inspect them (e.g., wearing, staining, removing tags), we may reduce your refund to reflect diminished value.
10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
10.1 RETURNING PRODUCTS
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified us of cancellation. Items should be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags) and returned in the original branded packaging .
Important: If the original outer transport box is unavailable, you must ensure the branded designer box is placed inside suitable protective transport packaging to prevent damage to the external commercial appearance .
10.2 HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN
Contact Customer Service for instructions. If a pre-paid label is not available, you are responsible for shipping costs.
10.3 REFUNDS
We will refund the price paid and the cost of standard delivery (if you paid for delivery) . Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
11. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT
If a Product is faulty, contact Customer Service with your order number and photos. Material characteristics (not defects): Natural variations in exotic leather (grain/colour), patina development, minor creasing, stretching, pilling, or normal wear and tear are not considered faults.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
13. GOVERNING LAW - DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or where you reside.
